RED Light -
Wavelength - 620nm to 750nm

BLUE Light -
Wavelength - 405nm to 420nm
Used for its anti-bacterial benefits and ideally used for acne treatment. This particular wavelength stimulates the production of oxygen radicals that kill the dreaded acne-causing bacteria, without damaging the skin. Can i get a hallelujah!
AMBER Light -
Wavelength - 590nm to 620nm
This wavelength is detoxifying as it assists with lymphatic flow and increases cellular growth, aiding in cell-turnover, or production of new skin cells. It's also great for treating Melasma, those pesky dark spots.
HOW TO USE
1. Ensure your Glow Me LED Mask is charged and ready to Glow
2. After cleansing your face using the Cleanse ME Good Device, apply your favourite serum or moisturiser. The mask will help penetrate the goodness deeper into your skin.
3. Wear the Glow Me LED Mask as you would wear glasses
4. Turn the mask on by pressing the power button on the left hand side of the device.
5. To select which light source you wish to use depending on the skin concern you wish to target, press the power button once each time to alternate between light sources
6. Either sit back and relax, or be as productive as you like, since the mask is made to use wirelessly
7. The mask has a self timer for 15 minutes. If it turns off and you want more, simply power it on again and select the light source you require
8. To switch off, press and hold the power button until the light source disappears.
It is recommended to use Glow Me LED Mask at least 3 times a week for 15 minutes each use for the first 12 weeks or until you're satisfied with the results. After that, simply continue using it the same amount or whenever you feel your skin is in need of some TLC to maintain your newfound amazing skin. Always remember that self-care should always be your top priority.
