We know you will love your Glow Me Australia products, but we understand that there will be exceptions. In the unlikely event a product is faulty or damaged we will gladly accept the return within 30 days of purchase, given that the item and packaging is undamaged by the customer and in original condition. However, the customer is liable for the return shipping charges. Email us at info@glowmeaustralia.com.au and we will guide you through the returns process.
